Membership
By becoming a member, you confirm that the information provided is true and that you agree to abide by this Agreement. Please note that your membership can be cancelled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Agreement has been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by VGC in its sole discretion. If membership has been revoked, VGC reserves the right to refuse application or readmission to the membership program.

Payments
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing Graphic from VGC or from its business partners that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by You will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) You will pay the charges incurred by You at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes (if applicable).
Third-Party Services
VGC may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the Website. VGC does not control those third parties or their services, and you agree that VGC will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You must comply with such terms and policies as well as this Agreement when you use this Website. If any such terms or policies conflict with this Agreement or policies, you must comply with this Agreement or policies, as applicable.
Refund Policy
Since VGC is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods so NO REFUNDS are issued once the order is accomplished. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any Graphic at this Website. Please make sure that you have carefully read 'Download Options' section. VGC only make exceptions with this rule when there is a technical problem with the Graphic files or the Graphic appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. In such cases, replacements or substitutions will be arranged. Requests for a refund are accepted within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund.
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this Refund Policy. By placing an order for any Graphic at this Website, you indicate that you have read this Refund Policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy, please do not place an order with VGC.
Submissions

VGC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Website, at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. VGC may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the Website at any time, including the availability of any feature or Graphic without prior notice. You agree that VGC shall not be liable to you or to any other party for such cancellation, withdrawal, termination or suspension.
Antifraud Check
Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. By accessing this website and/or using the services provided herein by VGC, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website. VGC makes no representation that the materials, information, functions and/or services provided on this Website are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Malaysia.
