If you don’t have what I want, can you create it?
Due to the great number of specific requirements, there’s a good chance we won’t score a direct hit for everyone searching our library. We design our products to meet the needs of general users. We're adding new illustrations to our library all the time. We suggest you put us in your Favorites and check back with us from time to time. If you have suggestions about illustrations you’d like to see, we’d like to hear from you.
I am opening the .ai file with Adobe Illustrator CS and I get a message about "legacy text". What does that mean?
Legacy text is text created in Illustrator previous to Illustrator CS. We delivers our Illustrator format file as Illustrator 9 format. You can use these files in Adobe Illustrator CS, but you will need to update the text in the document in order to make it editable. When opening file, Illustrator CS will prompt you choose whether or not you wish to update the document's text. Click the 'Update' button to convert the text so that it will be editable with Illustrator CS.
I'm getting a font problem notice when I open the file.
We are using Arial as the font for all our graphic files. If you do not have the exact specified font, you will get a font problem notice. If you do not have the font installed in your system, the program (Illustrator/CorelDRAW) will make a substitution. If you have the right font, but it's from a different creator (TrueType/Type 1 fonts), then the program will use that font. In both instances, "OK" the message and the program will use fonts available in your system to display the text. You can also make universal changes to the fonts used on the file with the font of your choice.
